Services
JT Education provides personalised tutoring and e-learning platform access for selective school entrance exam preparation in Australia. Our services include group tutoring classes, the Big Brain online practice platform, mock exams, and interview preparation.
Content Rights
Users receive access to educational materials for individual use only. You do not have the right to resell, share, or distribute these resources. Account sharing is prohibited, and violations may result in termination of your account without refund.
Payment & Billing
Group Tutoring is billed monthly at $410/month ($360 tuition + $50 Big Brain platform). Self Study (Big Brain only) is $49/month. All subscriptions are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time.
Refunds
Users can request a full refund within 7 days after the initial purchase by contacting team@jaycetutoring.com. Refunds after this period are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Data & Cookies
Our service collects personal information including names, schools, contact details, and payment information to provide our tutoring services. Cookies are used for non-personal data collection to enhance your experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for their intended educational purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt our services, or use our materials for any commercial purpose without written permission.
